So, I got through Year 12. My family were really proud.

Then I heard about these traineeships.

I never would’ve imagined myself as a Dental Assistant. But it’s great.

It only took me a year of training.

It went really quickly, and now I have a certificate in Dental Assisting.

It’s recognised everywhere. Now I have a job, and a qualification I can take anywhere.

When people come in and maybe they’re a bit nervous.

I like people, and I like to think I make them more comfortable. That makes me feel good.

My life before… and my life now… are SO different.

If I hadn’t looked around, I never would’ve known about the traineeship.

There’s heaps of opportunities out there. You just have to start looking.
