There is personal information collected from you when you use the Click to Call and SMS services. The personal information you provide when you use these services will be provided to the organisation as contracted by DEEWR to deliver the Click to Call and SMS services. The personal information you provide may also be disclosed by the contracted service provider to DEEWR as part of administering the service.

Your personal information will be used for the purposes of delivering and administering the Click to Call and SMS services including:

• Verifying and registering your request, for example to prevent double booking and/or over booking.
• Contacting you and/or sending an SMS in response to your request.
  Monitoring usage trends.
• We analyse non-identifiable website traffic data to improve our services.
